The Emotional Reset Residential Intensive is taking place on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May at Burnham Beeches Hotel & Spa, just outside Windsor.
The full weekend is £949 and includes two nights at Burnham Beeches Hotel & Spa, all meals, all workshops, somatic sessions with Brittney, a pottery workshop, Sunday afternoon tea and a small group setting.
You can arrive from Friday afternoon. The programme begins Saturday morning, but Friday evening there's an informal welcome drink if you want to settle in gently.

1:45pm — Guided breathwork and somatic session
3:00pm — Break
3:30pm — Integration session with Harry, Brittney and Emma
7:00pm — Three-course dinner (or bbq - weather permitting)
On Saturday evening, you'll receive a simple reflective task to complete privately, which we'll come back to on Sunday.
