Am 67 never took anything for the menopause doctor gave me leaflets left it up to me ( it was a male doctor ) I thank back when I was 56 there was so many scare stories I decided not to bother ,how can I get my energy back also trying to eat properly as I think that will help it’s hard to get the motivation to eat for 1 also before Covid my girlfriends would come round I’d make a lovely meal .i did have food problems growing up so that probably didn’t help ( my dad called me a garnet as I ate anyone’s left overs I honestly think it was a call to be loved ) big hug 🫂

67 when I was going through the menopause I never took anything male doctor gave me leaflets left that up to me I find we lack magnesium don’t want to be like popie with the spinach how do I know tablets work for magnesium as we lack this or should I be looking at my diet more ? Protein veg I read somewhere dates and sunflower seeds are good for you .theres so much info out there it’s hard to know where to start .
