The hardest part is not day four. It is day thirty-one, when the structure stops and you are on your own with it.
A live call every fortnight
Wednesdays at 7pm. The first few will be me and the room, because the questions come from you and it takes a cycle or two for them to build up.
Once they are coming in, I start bringing in the people who can answer them properly. Clinical psychologists, a GP who specialises in menopause, a divorce lawyer, a finance coach. You send the questions ahead of time, they answer them, and that half of the call goes into the library so you can go back to it whenever you need it.
Then they leave and the rest of the call is just us. Nothing after that is recorded.
A private group
On WhatsApp, with people who are going through the same thing. Not a comments section. A room.
Send me a voice note
When something happens and there is nobody to tell, you can tell me, and I will send one back. Most of this happens at eleven at night. Send it then, and it will be waiting for me in the morning. I answer them all, though not always the same day.
