Will my anxious anxiety ever go away?

My ex and I had an amicable divorce as our relationship just eroded over time due to various factors. Guilt on both sides and there is a lot or regret on my side, should have could haves scrolling through my brain. I think I still love him but my rational brain knows it wasnt right but its just holding me back from getting out there and everytime I see him its so hard. However he seems fine and has a girlfriend and I genuinely wish him happiness but im doing the work and its not shifting me yet. Any tips or advice?
